You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress or your purchase. Depending on the shipping address, items will reach customers between 5-10 days, on rare case the shipping can take up to 14 days. We usually ship the order within 1 – 2 days of receiving the payment. We strive to ensure all purchases arrive speedily and in good condition.

We always make sure all our items before we ship out to our customers to make sure your item are the highest and best quality available on the market. Our top priority is making sure our customers are 100% satisfied. Return request must be no later than 30 bunisess days from the day you received it. Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return.if you want to return,please contact us at first.You must get a Return Authorization code and the return address from us before sending anything back.The package you send to us should have this code enclosed. You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out when we pick up the returns,we will be looking for your tracking numbers. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed. In every refund,a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.
